Juan Carlos ensures every Watershed program is shaped by the communities it serves. He leads our listening sessions, equity audits, and Lived Experience Advisory Council, and believes belonging is something you build, not something you announce.
Margaret oversees Watershed’s financial strategy, budgeting, and stewardship of resources, and serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors.
Jeremy oversees Watershed’s accounting, reporting, and internal controls, ensuring every dollar is recorded with discipline. He believes transparency is a form of compassion.
